Roasted to order. Every bag is roasted on demand by our family-owned roasting partner, not stocked in a warehouse. Whole bean coffee is roasted the day it ships and reaches its peak about 10 to 14 days later. Ground coffee is roasted and ground the day before shipping, so it arrives ready to brew. Your shipping confirmation email tells you exactly how fresh your coffee is.
